Took my money for equipment. Order was made almost a month ago. Canceled the order. Company resonsed order has been shipped. UPS has been billed and we received tracking #. Won't even answer the phone

This company won't honor their mission statement. We ordered from them a month ago. It has not been shipped yet. When we try to cancel the order. They give us the run around and will not refund our money. They have even gone as far as to send the billing information to UPS. I talked with UPS and they have not received any other notice from the company to pick up the shipment. We are fed up. My son worked for two weeks to earn the money to buy these items for his truck. What has happened to integrity in business. I would never recommend someone buy from this company. I have added the company mission statement to this e-mail. It is a big joke.
