This is a letter I received. Beware, I got ripped off, Paid off and told to Beg off.

Dear Mr. XXXX:

In consideration of the return of the full $8475.00, provided to the Company as an initial retainer for consulting services pursuant to the EXECUTIVE MARKETING AGREEMENT dated 10.02.04, the Client, David XXXXX, releases Timmins Group LLC d.B.A. PMA from any and all obligations pursuant to said AGREEMENT.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality concerning all matters relative to their prior association.

Both parties agree, by their signatures below, to these additional terms and conditions to the AGREEMENT, dated 1.31.05.
