DON'T PURCHASE Vento US items of any sort. I (certified bike seller) waited EIGHT weeks to get a clutch to get a Vento V-Magic, then waited another 8 WEEKS to get a crankshaft construction and counting... I quit, Im tired of it resting in my own store awaiting components.
Altogether the client I had been fixing this bike for surely got to experience the bike a great total of 368 kilometers in a single year.
I don't understand what he offered for that bike, but Im confident it had been near to retail ($3499.00) cost. That is about 10 bucks a distance.
After I called to ask about the standing of my components purchase, who owns the organization stated "Clients as if you, we simply return their cash". Due to problems the same as this with additional oriental imports, Ive discovered other areas resources and you will be ready to correct this bike... With or with no organization who imported this crap.
For all those considering a scooter/bike purchase... Go out of the shop who addresses Vento US items. They might seem like every other oriental scooter you observe, but nothing might be more in the reality. Vento US might care less should you ever reach experience the merchandise you buy from their website. When you have any concerns BEFORE you buy a Vento scooter/bike, please contact me at 432-339-9453 and that I'll let you know why it is a terrible idea. I will also reveal to you the correspondance Ive experienced from them regarding other areas purchases which have obtained WEEKS for Vento to load, when they were actually stuffed them
