No repayment on return

I ordered a shift linkage for my 2004 Vento Rebellian motorcycle over the phone because it was not available online. I was sent a kick start lever instead. I returned the item after receiving the correct part, with a return number, and never received credit for the return. Since I had to order over the phone, they have no record of this transaction and I am out the money for the returned part. No returned phone calls or emails.
