Drive Finacial is a very dishonest company. They have claimed for almost a month now that we are behind in our payments. We have supplied them with bank statements and cleared front and banks of checks and certified bank copies and still they have not cleared and continue to call and harrass us daily sometimes as many as 12 times in a day.
They have threatened as well as straight out called us liars and laughed at us when they have brought me to tears. I have saved messages from this company where they have made rude comments on the answering machine.
They have told us that they are not wrong and they have taken all the interest payments and used them as daily late fees towards what they calls is past due but there is nothing past due. We have supplied all that proof time and time again and they have not settled the situation nor will they ever give us one person to talk to.
We feel totally hopless. The woman that i dealt with that talked to me so rude and nasty said that if i was worthy person that i would not need a finance company that dealt with the lesser of people out there. That was low. I only needed them because of filing bankruptcy after almost dying of breast cancer and not having money after that. It was devastating to do, let alone to have someone say oh i am sure tha this not the real reason why you filed. Where do they get these people? Is this what they except as or in an employee?
We were told tha they were going to come and get our car immediately and the police would arrest us if we tried to stop them. Is this right? I need help. My health is terrible right now as i have had a relapse in cancer and i need a vehicle at all times what is it that i am going to do to clear this? I can not afford an attorney.
