I bought an automobile from Mitsubishi Motors sometime previously in Atlanta, and later transferred to Tennessee. Upon shifting to Tennessee, I listed my labels. No issues.
However, later that year, I acquired a notice declaring that my enrollment have been "declined" as Tennessee hadn't obtained my name info from Mitsubishi Engines.
I named Mitsubishi Engines and was informed that info could be delivered asap.
Flashforward for this year. I attempt to enroll my vehicle, and lo and see... I can not. No title on document within the state-of Tennessee, despite the fact that numerous demands were sent by TN for that name.
I contact Mitsubishi Engines, plus they offered me a fax #1-314-702-4477 to provide towards the documents office. I had been advised to possess them send a demand to Mitsubishi Engines with my account number involved.
I contact the Tennessee documents workplace, plus they stated that this type of technique was "uncommon" but occasionally occurs.
Mitsubishi obtained stated demand on Nov 5th. Based on their documents, the name was planned to become delivered on the 13th.
It's currently the 23rd of December, but still, their state of Tennessee doesn't have my name info and that I am operating by having an expired label.
As a result of this, I've previously obtained a solution, which even though it was trashed (the judge chuckled it down), it needed me to take some time off of function. When Iam a instructor, that influenced all my pupils for that evening.
All I do want to do is revise the enrollment on my vehicle. This is not rocket technology at all. I'm really unhappy with Mitsubishi Motors customer support.
As The vehicle itself operates beautifully (I Have set more than 100k miles onto it), I really doubt I'll purchase another vehicle from their store because of the hoops they will have set me through on anything this easy.
