Lied about contract when asked a question consumer fraud ripoff

We purchased a 2003 toyota corolla on 7/3/03 and the transaction went well until we read the contract at home. We noticed it said the loan was going through am south bank. We had asked the finance officer who the loan was going through and he said he didn't know.

We asked him what the interested rate is and he said 4.9%. We had asked why it said 5.74% in one spot on the contract and he said that didn't matter. We were paying 4.9%. When we got home we checked the internet and that payment was on the 5.74%, so went to am south. They said it is 5.74% according to the payment schedule and that if we wanted to change anything we have to wait for the payment book.

We went to our credit union and we were told the same thing. So we went back to sun toyota to complain that we were lied to directly and mis lead. That the difference we should be paying is $2.00 a month for 48 months. We told them that was what we want from them. Carolann ruppe said too late you signed the contract. She got the finance manager to talk to us and who also said too bad you signed it. What they don't understand is that we knew we signed it, but can't lie to us regarding what we signed when we specifically asked important questions. Their attitude show as them to be unscrupulous and disingenuous in making deals for selling cars. And they are admitting it by their comments. THEY OWE US $96.00...

They are cheats!!!
