Joel chaney, stop these crooks. Help their victims even if you are not a victim

Chaney's are crooks. Put a stop to their scam. Get your money back legally.

Be smart. You got in a financial bind and were late on your bi-monthly payment to chaney's. Most companies have you pay per month and if you are 2-3 months late, they reposees. Not chaney's. They reposess if you are 1 day late-they get your car. Now what? You went to chaney's in the first place because they allow everyone who cannot get a car through conventional places a golden opportunity to get a car. You were suckered in because you needed a car. Now what. You have no car and all of the money you had you already gave to chaney. You need a car to take the babies to the doctors, to buy groceries, to go to work. What are you going to do? If you try to ask to pay to get your car back-you are told a ridiculous amount of money is needed and the money you already paid to him is lost. How can you start over now?
Do not let these con artist pull one over on you. You have rights. Any money they get when they sell the car less what you oweis legally yours. Get it. Do not let joel, larry and royce feed their families with money they scammed you out of.
Royce has the repo company who gets your car. It is such a scam. All in the family scammers. They are out to make their money on poor suspecting people.
Write anyone and everyone. Call everyone you can. Go to the government section of the phone book. Write your senator, governor, congressman, heck, write oprah. Write anyone and everyone that might take an interest to help these people who are either scared to death of the chaneys or do not know they can do something about it.
Be pro-active. Why? The law says the money is yours. Don't you need it? Of course you do. You have to take those babies to the doctor, go to work and buy groceries. You need the money the chaneys are concealing from you to get another car. They do not need it. They have made plenty off of everyone-why let them continue to rob you blind.
There is a group starting a class action suit and a petition to get everyone involved. They are in avon park. Call the chamber of commerce and ask for their help in locating the petition. We are also asking for local attorneys to volunteer to help these people who have been ripped off so terribly by these crooks.
Let's rid our community of these blood sucking leaches.
