Well i went into bellflower auto mart on july 17 looking into purchasing a used reliable vehicle. When i got there i began looking there two lots and didn't really see anything i wanted, so the one sales guy that they do have he began to show me this Infiniti G35 i didn't really like it to much but he insisted that i should test drive it etc. Me being only 19 at the time didn't realize they were trying to pawn this car off on me because it was no good.

So after i test drove the car it drove pretty good, there was a few minor things wrong but i was assured they would be taking care of, so i decided to buy the vehicle so i returned the next day july 18 the car was washed and cleaned all ready to go so i gave my down payment of 3000 signed my contract and was on my way in what i thought was going to be a car i have for the next 3 or 4 years.

After leaving the dealership i drove to my house and did not leave again that day. The next morning i woke up, and was getting ready to leave so i hopped in my car started it up and there was a light blinking on the dash, so i went straight back to the dealership to find out what it was, the salesman & general manager YOLONDA HILO assured me it was a seatbelt sensor, that sounded stupid so i left there and went to CERRITOS INFINITI where i paid 150 for a test to be done where i found out that this car had been previously TOTALED OUT, STILL HAD FRAME DAMAGE, AND DIDNT HAVE AIRBAGS IN IT. At this point im pissed of because i had been assured that the car had a clean title.

So finding out this information i drive back to the dealership and demanding that i have every penny of my money back, thats when i was told to GET THE F* OFF THERE PROPERTY OR I WOULD BE ARRESTED, and the drama began! Me being so young i had no clue what i could do to get my money back i didn't know if i had any rights i was just clueless, so i thought i was stuck so 2 weeks went by and im driving on the freeway and something fly's from under my car scratching the side of my car up. Come to find out it was the windshield wiper fluid holder, so once again i drove back to the dealership highly pissed and i went in calm as ever talking to YOLONDA HILO and i said "something fell from under hood causing scratches to my car" she said "give me a min my mechanic will check it out" after waiting there for one hour and still not having my car checked out, i went back into the little cramp office and asked is anyone gonna check my car out she replied "im doing you a favor buy having my guy check it out be patient" i said ive been here for an hour how patient do you want me to be?

So eventually the "fixed" the problem and i was sent omw so i left and hopped back on the 91 w on my way back to gardena ca, as i was passing the avalon exit it happened all over again, my blood was boiling i reached my peak with this dealership so i turned around went back to the dealership pulled in told YOLONDA HILO what happened again and she said "theres nothing we can do to help you, you have a warranty call them up and to leave the property before she called the police" i was pissed by now and began demanding my money back now now now there was a huge argument that took place and her and her employee's were all in my face using file language and what not talking to me as if i wasn't the customer. So after all this was over i left and called up the finance company to see if they could help but they didn t wanna get in the middle things which i totally understand.

So a week goes by and the radiator fan needs to be replaced as well as a tune up and ive only had the car for 3 weeks now. I had to get a rental car because i had work school, and other places to be. So im spending all this money and they wouldn't help me at all. This dealership is horrible i wouldn't recommended this place to anyone they take advantage of people. But anyway so a month goes by after that and im driving on the 405 S getting off on Lakewood Blvd exit when the tire struts on my car break and my tire falls off my car, thank god i was only going about 15 mph which made the damage a lot less minor. So now that i almost lost my life i had to do something, i didn't know what but something had to be done. So got the tow truck and took my car to the shop to get fixed almost 700 in repairs.

After that i got my car back continued going to work and school and began researching things i could do to get help about this car, so about 15 days go buy and im driving getting on the 405 N heading home at the red light waiting to turn to get on the freeway, it turns green i proceed through the light when my passenger front tire falls completely off my car and rolls away, so now this is my second time i could have died, because the car was sold to me a LEMON. This time the damage was a lot i had to replace all the wheel struts buy all new wheels and tires buy a fender and pay to get it painted i was pissed once again.

So i began calling the dealership everyday asking for the owner demanding the owners number YOLONDA HILO would tell me everyday i cant give you that information, the owner doesn't have anything to do with this and will not help me, so i called the finance company and told them i wasn't paying for this car anymore i had spent more money in repairs then what the car was worth, and by now it was almost march and the car need a engine transmission i only had the car for a little over 6 months and that repair was 5,000 which i was not paying by mid march the whole car was dead didn't turn on or nothing, so i go to the dealership and let them no i sat down and tried to talk with YOLONDA HILO she said i was a spoiled boy who needed to be thought some responsibilities and stop being a mamma's boy this is why she wouldn't help me.

Let me say this im 19 years old YOLONDA HILO, i go to school, i work, in my household its me my grandmother who has her legs amputated and my aunt who has down syndrome thats it. Which means i go to school and work and i take care of my family im not spoiled in any kind of way. My grandmother and aunts conditions requires them to go to the doctors appointment ect all the time thats why im fighting so hard for my money back without my car ive missed out on 2 semesters of school lost my job can barely keep food in the house cant get my family members to the doctors like they should be. But you don't care because its not your problem like you said right? But your such a family business right? But im going to make sure if its the last i do your business is exposed for the lying cheats they are.

Anyways so now its mid march and i began filing reports with the BBB, California department of motor vehicles, lemons law, etc basically they all sent me letters back saying i have a strong small claims case and i should take Bellflower Auto Mart to court, now i didn't know anything about going to court or how it works but i was willing to take the chance so in july of 09 i filled a lawsuit in Bellflower at Bellflower Superior Court. We went to court 08/20/09 i won my judgment in court i took a chance and won i was proud of myself, but of course they couldn't except that and appealed it so we went back to court 10/15/09 and i won again for the second time i was even more happy now. But now there filing a third appeal and we go to court 12/17/09 wish me luck.

And i wanna say this dealership is a total fraud they lie to you just to get you to purchase a vehicle from them, the lie and scam you they buy wrecked cars from junk yards and auctions fix them on there lot then sale them to people as if they were fresh, they prey on people with bad credit or people who have a hard time getting a car, they charge you for all kinds of things you don't need in your contracts just to make money they even make you pay those high down payments that the finance company isn't even asking for.

In the next 2 weeks i will be going on fox 11 news cw 5 news and power106 to do a interview with the host and producers to expose this dealer for the crook's they are if you've been wronged by this dealership please call me at three 3 one 1 zero 0 eight 8 one 1 seven 7 three 3 one 1 zero 0 nine 9 so that you can possibly become apart of my case and finally put this dealership out of business
