Dealing with this company is the worst decision that I have ever made. I did a buy it now on a Volvo that Texas Direct said was in excellent condition. The pictures looked great and were taken very close up so I would have expected to be able to see any dents/dings. I had an outside company come do an inspection on the car before I paid for it and picked it up. The inspection reveled many major dents and straches in the car and the sun roof was broken. This was done on a Friday morning when I was to pick the car up on Saturday.in addition to the car being very much mi represented the dealer did not even have the titkle to it. I told them that I was not going to buy the car because it was not in the condition they said it was and because they did not have the title. I am not going to hand someone over a check without the title to the car. All they told me was that they do it all the time and I had nothing to worry about. I said OK well I am telling you that I will not buy the car. I was then asked if I had ever owned a car dealership, to which I said no, they then told me that I did not know how to run one then and that it is very common to not have the title. I have bought around 10 cars and I have ALWAYS had the title. They told me I didn't know what I was talking about and they were very very ruse throughout the whole process even before they knew I was not buying the car.in order to get my $500 deposit back I had to leave them positive feedback, which I never would have done but I wanted my money back. Do not buy from texas direct!
