I bought a used Luxus from Texas Direct In August. Decent experience at first. I was in and out in an hour or so. I love the vehicle and enjoy driving it when I could.
I was told I could expect to receive the plates and registration in the mail since I paid all fees, tax, title, and license at purchase. One months later, I began trying to contact the dealership to check the status of the registration. It is now December 95 calls later and I finally received a call from the general manager saying he would be unable to reemburse the $350 in penalty fees I incurred due to their mistake. I received the check for me, not them to register the car in mid November.
No respect or professionalism! I will file a claim with the justice of the peace to receive the money. Do your research! They were kicked out of the Better Business Bureau in December for rufusing to settle multiple disputes. Give the BBB a call at 713-868-9500 and they will fill you in on the wrong doings of this dealership.
