DriveTime states they complete a 53 point inspection for saftey of each vehicle it sells. Four months into my purchase, I began to smell fuel after filling up. Brought my vehicle back to their shop, where it was discovered the fuel flex line had been damaged and taped up. This was noticed by merely putting my car on their lift. DriveTime refuses to take responsibility for this much needed repair.
Prior to this incident, I took my vehicle to an oil change facility and walked out paying $400. For work that Drivetime neglected to take care of prior to my sale. When I went to the DriveTime location to complain, they said too bad, I should have gone to their recommended repair shop.
Never will I recommend DriveTime or purchase from them again.
