I bought a 97 dodg ram 1500 in 2004. I had problems from the start. My waterpump went out, I've had front end problems and now the rear ens went out and they want $2000.00 to repair. I was told by Customer service to trade my vehicle into the nearest Drivetime dealership. I was called back a couple of days later and they told me that I would have to put $1500.00 down, and they would be able to buy my truck back due to the mechanical problems.
We are in our last few months of our contract and I am seriously considering letting them repo our truck. I have had with Drivetime. They do not care about their customers. They only love you when you don't call for anything.
Don't buy a vehicle from this company!!! Look elsewhere please!!!
