Car repair & payment

Scammed by VW and Esserman Global VW

I got my 2005 VW Passat TDI set for support at Esserman Global VW in Miami FL to get a shake issue. They explained it had been the engine brackets, I Informed them I'd them check and didn't accept them-but if famous of my problem, do the fix. It didn't repair the problem. The Company Supervisor explained, they'd placed on my unique brackets and that I might abandon without any cost! Oh, but my brackets were dripping today! In my opinion they smashed them, for I'd them examined by another store formerly and was informed these were okay. They recommended that I increase my vehicle back again to unique ride-height; I described I decreased the vehicle at 17k and more than 3 years back. Or more till today it had been good, today at 66K miles. I then request when they might contact VW and find out when they might okay a fix that I'd investigated online-which appeared to me to be always a feasible supply of the shake and it is an applicant to get a full-out recognition by VW. The fix was ok’d by VW and that I was informed my component was $1000 in-labor and VW was providing the components. Both VW and Esserman never mentioned something about if it didn't function I'd be spending MORE FOR YOUR FIX!

The Client Expert, Joe Benitez sent me that my whole was $2259.01.

I suppose $1000 work and also the stability for that engine brackets.

I delivered back that presumption in my own return mail. Without any reaction, betting all-is great.

I contact and check up on the improvement every couple of days (calls from my consultant Joe, are several and low-educational.) Lastly a phone 2wks later, vehicle continues to be there nearly 3wks. Joe calls to inform me the fix did nothing and also to come by and keep in touch with the support supervisor. I come by delayed that evening and I’m informed that not just did the fix not quit the shake but that I currently needed to purchase all components and work for that work! Requesting just how much? Joe explained, the Support Supervisor might contact me 24 hours later! Still waiting on his phone. Repairs unnecessary, unclear money sums for repairs, nothing written down.

This isn't the best way to conduct business!

I went into attempt to solve this issue and was charged to be a liar, not maintaining my term like a guy! All of this from Albert Luaces Service Supervisor and his rude and Neanderthal Client Consultant Joe Benitez. When requested for that paperwork and totals, Albert showed me some files so that as I attempted to determine the numbers I got a post-it in the desk and requested to get a pencil. Subsequently simply because Joe had a pen trimmed on his top I visited take it, and was informed “not to the touch it” awaiting the support supervisor to express anything or even to provide me a pencil! But, Nothing! And so I chose to abandon, it was going nowhere. I achieved for that paperwork and had it cut from my palm and was informed, “it wasn't mine to consider! Not offered any copies, I quit.

Now what? Vehicle kept hostage 4wks happening 5wks what's a WV operator whom has had his vehicle towards the SPECIALISTS for fix do?

Vw Customer Service claims my vehicle isn't any longer in Guarantee plus they can’t create the seller do something! Esserman Support didn't actually wish to restore my vehicle right from the start

Please help me out! Tell them that which you believe and just how you are feeling!
