Since i have bought our 2006 ford fusion in 2007 i've taken it back four times for transmission problems. Every time i've taken it back to the joe cooper ford service dept. They go to get a try and tell me there's nothing wrong with the indication. Lastly, this last moment i got it by which was on fri. September. 25th by which it was something indication lighting that confirmed anything was wrong with the indication. They kept my car that day and have experienced it now for nearly fourteen days. I had been assigned to your support technology called bruce who had been suppose to keep in touch with me regarding vehicle. I've called daily since sept. 25th and have been placed on maintain, not called again, and lied to. One individual tells me my car is in the act to be worked on the following they're waiting on the component towards the part is here then it'sn't managed to get in however. Nowadays, march. Fifth i talked to timothy palmer, the client relations individual, who put me on-hold 15-20 mins simply to tell me bruce was open to talk to me he then moved me to a different individuals voicemail. I hungup and called back five times, only for the operator to tell me that nobody inside the service dept. Can be obtained either because they were having a client or they were not answering. Forty mins later al brown, who incidentally doesn't work in the service dept. He's a salesman, calls and informs me he talked with the service dept. Plus they told him they were waiting on the resource in order to put the parts in my car and that's what was taking such a long time. I might not be considered a technician but i'm not even close to unaware. Our car is just a ford, i purchased my car as of this dealer, there is no way they shoulnot possess the equipment needed to repair their particular cars also it shouldn't get almost fourteen days. I'll never get another ford and that i can pass the term about how exactly i had been treated at this specific ford dealer. I still don't have my car and have no idea after i may. Hopefully they do not mess other things up in my car since i'll be watching them very near!
