I took my NEW Ford Fusion to the nearest dealer (Don Meyer Ford) for recalls for the front passenger seat and transmission reprogramming. They tore up the inside of the car. No apologies. It seems, with 50,000 plus Fusions on the road and sales lots, they cannot get the parts - dealer just called - (Aug 18) they have them finally - I wonder if my complaint to Ford Customer Relations might have spurred them along???
