I would like to thank Montgomery Ford in Cincinnati for putting me with this nightmare of a company.
I can't believe this is a real company to begin with. I have visions of people sitting around their living rooms calling people to harass them.
This company threatened to reposses my 83 year old father's car, a friend, previous employer and a stranger in Tennessee. This has to be illegal.
I have never been treated so rudely in my life and I'm 49 years old. If I'm a day late, they are on the phone, telling me they've left numerous messages for me, which is a total lie, they ask me questions, if I had a choice to pay my rent or my car payment, which would it be (I wouldn't answer them). These are ignorant people.
I want them stopped. I asked them how many days can you be past due, before they will reposses a vehicle. I was told, that it could be at any time, as this company has investors that sit around and decide whether or not you can keep your car. So an hour, a day, a month??? Again, they need to be stopped and put out of business.
