I would like to join you all in this class action law suit. I bought a car and financed it through cps. Against my better judgement. They are rude and intimidators! And they are definately name callers i wish this company would go belly up! And hopefully it's tom. If you need to finance a car don't do it through them! And thank god ny is a self help repossession state! If you can't help yourself to it you can't take it! They should've came and got it when i wanted them to! Now it will be under my terms and my time! They called me a low life and screamed at me on the phone and called all my family and friends! Don't do it!!! Stay away from them!!
