I acquired rear-ended by among their customers a week ago, and that i needed my car towed house since my car wouldn't begin. I named infinty the next day to report the incident, an insurer was designed to call me within 24-48 hours. (they never named) after 3 times i finallay named to check the status around the claim and was directed to some man named herbert hernandez, to all you available if you understand this insurer, immediately request another because this person will send you away from home around for no purpose. He said to ensure that me to obtain a rental-car i had a need to convince him the damage from the accident caused my car to not start, and also the cause i have to do it was because he have no idea if my car was some type of container, prior to the collision. And so i needed my car towed for the store, after which have the store provide a print-out.in the end this 4 days later i show him worng and finaly got the rental. The appraiser said they were going to total out the vehicle and can call me within 24-48 hours. I wind up needing to call them 4 days later and plant informs me. Until i will get all the bills our car is just worth inch, 250!!! Omg! I placed over in the engine. Therefore now im frustrated and that i am calling attorney. I'm this is ridiculous
