On 10/27/10 I had been in an car crash having a customer of first approval insurance. The driver of another vehicle accepted problem and received a solution for that incident. This incident left my vehicle undriveable. They delivered an appraiser to my house 2 nights later to gauge the harm. The appraiser mentioned the vehicle was absolutely undriveable and due to the era of the automobile and also the quantity of harm it'd be totaled out. She explained to anticipate a phone in the insurer inside a time or two. After not getting a phone from them for just two times I chose to contact them. The insurer given to my state stated his title was Jeffrey Scott. He explained the vehicle was considered undriveable and they might have a check in my experience within 7 to 10 times. After waiting the 10 days I called back and he mentioned that even though average was 7 to 10 days, it might have a maximum of 30 days. After waiting another week I requested to talk to a boss and was known Ron Carlo who mentioned it was under analysis and he was not said to be informing me that and that I mightn't receive money for harm to my vehicle or repaid for that rental. After investing 863.00 on the rental-car and another 250.00 producing my vehicle driveable, I still do not have a solution. They've moved me again and again again and also have really lied in my experience more often than once. I've never handled a business such as this in my own life. It's today 12/2 so when my spouse named in today to check on the standing she was screamed at by Mr. Carlo declaring "you keep calling-up below coming up my telephone. You will possibly not receive money at-all! Everybody here knows who you're and that Iam likely to inform everybody to prevent taking calls from you!" I'm at my wits end. I've over $1000 wrapped-up within this incident and my vehicle continues to be not mounted.
