Dealer Services Corporation nears 1,000 Lawsuits and Governor Mitch Daniels awards DSC $525,000 for bringing business to Indiana. Daniels says DSC is proof that Indiana is business friendly, even if interest rates are 500%.
DSC is proof that business litigation will continue in Indiana against small business owners in other states. DSC has used Indiana Courts to file lawsuits against out-of-state dealers; then turn around and file Sister-State Judgments in different states.
Mayor Jim Brainard says DSC and Carmel is a good match (DSC has a host of fraud and conversion complaints against them). Another $60,000 in training grants was also awarded to DSC.
John Fuller, DSC President, is complemented by secretary John Wick, who also testifies at trials that conversion is regulated by the Uniform Commercial Code.
