In a recent Indiana Supreme court decision. The justice by a 3 to 2 vote changed the indiana State Constitution.
We believe however that a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with {SIC} modern Fourth Amendment jurisprudence.

no. 82S05-1007-CR-343 We now live in a police state. The right wing politicans like Governor Mitch Daniels have changed history.
Governor Daniels appointed one of the justices that voted to take away hoosiers right to be secure in their home.
The good news is that the case will have a rehearing possibly. June 11 is the last day for the court to grant a rehearing. The lawyer involved is fighting all the way.
Governor Daniels lost at least 5 votes for President with his decision to appoint an idiot to the bench.
I just read the decision. They used a catch all to charge him with disorderly conduct. The decision is a slap in the face to every hoosier in the state.
Its time for war at the ballot box!!!
