Created purchase at www.dealercostcaraudio.com on 07/05/09. After 7 days of not getting any info regarding cargo, I delivered a contact to DCCA. They replied that purchase could be delivered from the end of week. They consequently offered exactly the same solution the following 3 months.
I got tired of waiting, and terminated the purchase on 08/12/09. I obtained a confirmation mail on 08/12/09 the purchase was terminated and credit could be put on bank card within 7-14 days. After not getting a credit in 2 weeks, I delivered a contact to DCCA looking to get info concerning the credit. After several emails they ultimately stated the credit have been utilized on 08/17/09.
I submitted a using the BBB on 08/28/09. I approached my creditcard organization on 08/31/09 and questioned the cost. DCCA responded towards the BBB criticism on 09/01/09 and mentioned the credit have been put on my card on 08/12/09. I replied for their EEE reaction that by 09/02/09, no credit have been put on my bill. I also mentioned that since a BBB problem have been submitted, I am certain DCCA might blame a specialized mistake, along with a credit might appear on my consideration within 2 times.
