One day before my vehicle pick up date, they called and tried to change the auto transport fee by $100.00 and now they are unable to guarantee the date of arrival. Upon arguing and telling them that this is a total bait and switch, the customer service rep (Vanessa) start shouting and hung up on me. Needless to say, I received a call and they apologized. I decided to pay the $100.00 only because I wanted to make sure that my vehicle was picked up and dropped off on TIME.
Anywho, my vehicle did not arrive on time. It was a full day late and I was charged another $50.00. The driver would not release the vehicle and when asked what is the fee for: He said "you are not allowed to load your car with clothes, electronic equip., etc...". I paid the fee because I had completed lost trust...
I called A-Blue Knight and asked them how come the contract did not say anything about this fee... There was a silence and then... The customer service rep (Vanessa) started shouting at me and hung up the phone on me. A total incompetent person!
I asked several times to be transferred to management and they just had too many excuses.
Shut this company down!
