Ordered 2 shocks, received one in 4 days. Been 16 days and have not received second one. Every e-mail gets dumb response. One told me it was special order. Wouldnt both shocks be special order? Tracking # finally issued on Aug 5th, Still no shock. Fed-ex doesnt know where it is. Do not order from this company. Customer service stinks and i dont think they really care.
