On 8/7/09 i first called C. O Transmission to find out the price to replace a passenger side axle seal, in which Charles quoted me a price of sixty five dollars. I informed him that it was a lexus and he was like it's going to be 30 min to do that job & sixty five dollars. So i had faith.
I took my car there about 12 on 8/7/09 assumming it would only be thirty minutes and when i got there Charles was like yeah we can fix the leak and went on about his son having the same car model as mine, which was in the shop on a rack. He showed me the job i spoke on, with his son car so therfore i assummed that my car would be fixed, as he said!
So i gave him the rest of the friday to fix one leak at my seal! So now it's another day and there are closed but there was a hispanic guy in the shop working on someone car, so i asked him about my car. He was like we are closed. I had him call Charles about my car because i was lead to believe that i would have my car.
Come to find out by the hspanic guy they broke something on my car & on Monday they would have my car ready. Well Monday comes around 8/10/09 my car is leaking from 2 places now and they want me to pay more! They removed parts from my transmission off the front toward the radiator. To do an axle seal dose not require pulling sensors off my car. I just hope no one else get screwed by them.
