Dealership REFUSES to honor extended warranty or do service!

Wednesday Dec 31st my vehicle is towed to the dealership for warranty service. I have the top extended warranty they sell. Zero deductible, essentially bumper to bumper.
I stop into service letting them know the car is on it's way and what it's issue is. (Transmission troubles, it's covered!) So New Years passes and they open back up. Car's not looked at on Friday the 2nd.

Call on Saturday the 3rd, no one in service (since when?)

Call on Monday the 5th, no one in service. They both "called off".

Stop in on Tuesday the 6th. Here's where the runaround starts. I know for a fact my car has NOT moved from the spot where it was dropped off. I drive past there every day on my way home. Was assured by the service manager that it would get looked at before they close. Sure...

Wednesday the 7th, still hasn't been touched (see a trend here?).

So, Thursday the 8th comes around. I'm tired of waiting. I stop in and have a little chat. Service Manager says warranty company is refusing to work on car without maintenance records.

He "conveniently" just got off the phone with them. I have a full coverage extended warranty, I shouldnt NEED anything showing minor service. Hell, I do it myself usually! My internal alarm is going off like crazy. Somethings not right here.

The car hasn't moved, so they HAVE NOT looked at it to know what the problem is to even CALL the warranty company!

I demand my keys and call a tow company to move it to a REAL dealership.

Here's the funny part. I used to work there, so I know BS when I hear it.
I CALL THE WARRANTY COMPANY. Get a nice gentleman and talk to him at great length about the problem. Here's the kicker...

they have no record of any claim inquiries coming in on that car, none. NO ONE HAS CALLED!!! I was lied to. No bones about it. The warranty company LOGS ALL CALLS ON CLAIMS. This is NOT the first complaint about Courtesy.

They don't want to look at my car for some reason. It has not moved. Well, it's moved now to a dealership that will at least tell me what the problem is.

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY! I am now out $160 in tow fees and possibly more because they REFUSE to honor my warranty.
