Rude and unprofessional

Ive gotten a loan from peak 5 about 3 years ago and this year i finally made my last payment in MAY and i have not recieved my car title. The customer service rep told me that it would take 30 days to recieve it. It is now August and i havent recieved anything. I tried to contact them and the line is busy for 1 month now and their website is down. I dont know what to do from here...
