You can try and erase my comments, but I will continue to post: the public has a right to know that some of your sales people should not still be employed with your dealership. There is no reason for a customer to be yelled at when they have questions. There is no reason for a customer to be called names and insulted.
They are having friends and family post positive comments to offset cutomers true complaints. This is deceitful! Take tyou
