I bought a pre-owned 2005 toyota corolla in June. The salesperson pressured me into buy the car the day I was there. They told me someone else was wanting to buy this same car. Well, I ended up buying it and it was the worst mistake I could have made.
The paint is coming off the car, the trunk leaks, the gas door won't open correctly. This is a new car and they told me that I have to deal with it. I have been on their doorstep about 25 times. The car is under warranty and they still give me this runaround. I was told that the car was owned by another dealership. Come to find out, it was from a rental place. I know that the car has been wrecked but they won't admit it.
The car fax shows that it hasn't but if a dealership wrecked the car, I'm sure they won't turn that information in, they will just fix it. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau on them. I have been so sorry that I have ever dealt with this evil bunch of lying people. Beware of oxmoor toyota.
