I had been likely to Los Cabos Mexico to get a meeting, that was transferred due to the U.S. Department of Stateis journey advisory regarding Mexico. I held my reservation with AeroMexico for holiday, but needed to alter the return to be able to attend the meeting.
They still charged me $150 change fee-per person. I tried calling their customer support point but was on hold for 1-hour and fifteen minutes, just talking with somebody for 1 moment, who set me back on-hold. I've sent mail to AeroMexico in america as well as in Mexico 3 or 4 occasions, and also have obtained only automatic answers. I've talked to 2 distinct administrators, one in the airport, one about the reservation point, and equally stated I've togo through the organization mail for grievances. To date, my criticism is a few months old and that I don't have any quality.
