I bought a mixed round trip with aeromexico, Thru orbitz, one day before my departure a clerk called saying that my flight was overbooked, that if woul like to fly earlier or later I agreed earlier because I had things to do in mexico city, when I was to return with mi daughter eleven days after (she is a minor and bought a ticket separated for her vacation but will come back together) united the patner company, will not allow me to fly, they did not have any record of what had happend and they said it was a matter of aeromexico, they try to call and aeromexico never answered, they made me go to another terminal to try to clarified and aeromexico's clerk did not have a clear answer neighter, I ended staying in the airport the whole day and had to buy a ticket again, my flight was at 9.30 in the morning and I ended arriving to LAX at about 11:00 pm
lost one day of work, it was frustraiting because they never had a clear answer regardles that I provided the numbers they gave me of Orbitz, Aeromexico, and United, it was the worst day ever, I will never ever accept again a change of flight...
