I have my car fixed in a license repair facility and told me of the damage on the transmission. I only learned that the contract states that the warranty have the option to change my transmission with a remanufactured or used. The possibility to have it change to a new one is a remote possibility because they will get the cheapest one they can get even from a salvage yard. I dont have a contract to begin with beacuse the company I bought the car from didn't give me one and now they are out of business. After paying them more than $2000 on the warranty, I feel I am screwed. My other warranty company on other car, change damaged parts with a new one. So, this is one lesson learned. Maybe this report will teach others before signing that dotted line.
