I called the owner leroyand gave him a desciption of my car symtoms... (sluggish takeoff) he said "it sound like your transmission is going bad, bring it in, and i'ill take a look at it. So i drove my car over there and he test drove it. When he got back from test drive he said and i quote "your transmission is gone i can rebuild yours for $1,000. Give me half of that to start". So i did that. When i received my car back 10 months later, i drove it home on the way home it started smoking and i could smell gas, and my car had a loud muffler type sound to it. According to my independent mechanic they never rebuild the transmission they damage the engine and the flex pipe. Or exchange them. I am sure this was delibrately done to make me come back to spend more money. And too, if i had a gas leak in the engine i would have been asking him for his service for that before the sluggish takeoff, considering the car can catch on fire that way.
He never mention anything about the motor or the flex pipe or gas leaking in the engine. Yet, these are my now problems. To rectify the situation of course i did what anybody else would do asked for my money back they said no bring the car back if it need more repairs i would have to pay for it, and that they did what i told them to do which was to fix the transmission and thats what they did... So you be the judge who got scam... Me
