I purchased a six year, 100,000 "Warranty Nation New Car Plan" via the internet and telephone in March on my 1999 Cadillac Deville. I just started having trouble with the car's power passanger seat, so I called to find out what the company would cover on a repair and was not able to reach anyone. Your site came up and after reading what others have said, I thought I'd better start getting involved.
Has there been any recent developments concerning anyone getting satifaction against these people in any way. I'm having American Express send me my statements for March, April, May and June. This company got four monthly payments from me through American Express. After I get these statements, I'll contact the fraud division of American Express and ask them what they know about these people.
