We visited Ventura Toyota first when buying 2010 Prius. We informed the salesman, Kevin Brown, what we were searching for. He requested that people create a $500 check like a display of great faith in purchasing the vehicle. Brown kept attempting to drive Prius versions on-US with choices we did not wish or require. Following a handful of months of the he became fed up with attempting to drive packed versions on us and informed us he could not help us. We informed him to tear up the check and we went e DCH Toyota of Oxnard. We talked to Paul Renteria and inside a week 5 we'd the precise design we desired, no undesirable accessories. We later discovered that some sellers just market the Prius having a large amount of choices to improve their revenue. Ventura Toyota's unwillingness to try and obtain the Prius we desired confirmed an entire insufficient honest customer support. Additionally, their deceptive approach to attempting to press more income out-of clients must create one cautious of Ventura Toyota in general.
