Last year I purchased a US Fidelis policy. Needless to say, I was told it would cover all major repairs. I named some things (ie. Catalytic converter) and they said absolutely. This month I spent three thousand dollars in repairs and none of it is covered. Nevertheless, I would just as soon sell my car and be done with it. All I tried to get were the papers that they could send out to fill in to transfer a policy as soon as my car sells. I spent four hours, called sales, called customer service, called other phone numbers they gave out, all requiring up to half an hour wait. NO ONE knew how I could get the proper papers for transfer but they did know it cost fifty dollars. There is no email contact for this company.
