I recently bought a policy from US Fidelis and was led to believe that it would fix my car when it broke down. The Representative led me to believe that everything was covered under their policy. When I went to get my car fixed after it broke down they refused to cover it and stated that the part that broke was not covered and it was my problem. So now I am out 1390.00 and still did not get it completely fixed. Then when you cancel the policy they try and say they are sorry and pressure you to keep the policy instead of canceling. I had to get certified odometer readings and send them other documents just to cancel it. Plus when you get your policy they say you have to wait 60 days and only drive 25 miles a day for those 60 days. Stay away from us fidelis!!!
