We are senior citizens— we were led to believe that policy covered more than it doesI was in to have an oil change was told that it needed an air filter I ask How much —was told — NO MORE THAN 20 dollars to installCost me over 30 for the filter install— We were under the impression with this PLATINUM POLICY labor was covered on repairs and maintance. So now it is ready for it's 30 thousand mile check, since I was upset feeling they stuck it to me with the filter, my husband went over to ask just what does this 900 dollar policy cover. Seems like for what it covers we were ripped off.
