My husband and I order Brake Drums online for my 1964 Thunderbird. The discription stated the drums fit a 1958-1968 Thunderbird. Upon receiving the Drums overnight delivery, we found the drums did not fit on this year car. Discription online did not stated excluded years. (First call to the Company) Upon talking to the company they stated we would be issued an email with the return information and the refund ammount after return of the product. When we received the email we noticed we were being charge a restocking fee and that we had to pay to ship the items back to them. (Second call to the Company) After I spoke to them the second time they stated that this was our fault and that was why we were being charged the restocking fee. I explained to them that they we at fault due to their discription and they agreed to issue email for the refund. Upon receiving the second email, it still stated the restocking fee and we still had to pay for the shipping on the returned item. (Third call to the Company) Final call to the comapny resulted in speaking to a supervisor in charge that took 15 minutes to get on line and had to be explained the whole situation. Still told we were at fault and not issue any sort of apology or refund. I have filed a formal complaint with the Corporate Office and have not received a reply back. I will be filing a report with the comsumer protection department and the Better Business Bureau. They state no hassle returns which is a all out lie. No Hassle for them but all around hassle for the buyer.
