Very inexperienced group of know-it-alls, rude, bossy, patronizing! Promised me my car back in 3 days, took nearly 3 weeks. Had to paint my car twice because they used the wrong tint base for the metallic paint and it did not match, no apology at all either. Then their bitch of a receptionist would consistently be rude to me whenever i'd call to check on the status of my vehicle.
Come to find out, since they were having to pay for the repaint out of their own pocket, they put my car to the back of the line while they worked on and completed other new jobs. I had to get farmers insurance involved and they refused to pay for any of the body or painting until they finished and released the vehicle.
Class action refused to release the vehicle, so i then contacted the garland county sheriffs dept whom told me they had no right to hold the vehicle for non-payment since it was being paid for by my insurance company. Long story short, i got the car back and it was missing 5 cd's and a pair of sunglasses from the glove box. Lander's auto body had to repaint the car and farmers did not pay class action.
Keep it up guys and you will live up to your namesake "class action" as in class action lawsuit. Kind of a retarded name for a business when you think about it right?
