I called Purrfect Auto, after seeing an ad with an address that was close to work. I was told for my problem, the labor would be at least $70.
I took my car in, they called me told me that it would be at least $450. To fix what I had asked them to look at, then they told me I needed a new serpentine belt and air filter.
After having my cars for 3-8 hour days, I finally got my car fixed, but I am totally disappointed in the workmanship. They tore the lining on my door liner, didn't put the door panel back on as tight at it was before, left a spot of grease on my arm rest, and didn't put everything back the way they found it. I also found that there was a lot of mileage on my car, that was not authorized.
They charged me for an oil change, a fuel filter, a PCV valve, fuel cleaning kit, and a oil filter. All of which I didn't ask them to look at and was not authorized.
I am appaled at the way I was treated. They treated me like a female that didn't know. I cant believe they did an oil change, knowing that I wasn't due yet, I have a sticker in my window.
My door panel doesn't fit like it used to, and the door release isn't like it was before. These people told me one thing and then raised it to something else. I have paid more than $600.00 to these people, and I am so angry.
