On June 20 Honda City has for sale a Ford Explorer Sport, with low miles and generally in good shape, The salemen stated the vehicle was a one owner item and rarely used., After doing the deal I told the car home, after a couple days of driving I noticed that the vehicle was jumping bad and almost caused me to have an accident on the highway at 50 miles per hour.,
I later that evening called Honda City to see what can be done about this problem as I figured there might be something wrong with the Supension system, structs, tie rod, shocks., After getting the run around, I finally got ahold of the sale person that sold me the car, I told him of the problem and what can be done about it., He, then said.,
Well my USE CAR MANAGER stated we only cover the major item in the warrenty, which isn't is a limited warranty only covered by Honda City, (crap) which they didn't state, until I called the Finance guy who said, well I offered you an upgrade? UPGRADE when did you mention that., OK, so I said then where's the polcy that covers what is included in the standard warranty vs the upgrade, which you now say cost $ 200.00 as an deductable.
Oh there is not policy/contract but your vehicle is covered til 100k., They gave me a Q Certified vehicle protection program thing in which I had to call a number, so I did to registar my information, The people there told me the car was registered under another name that expired in 2005 and it was purchased when whoever had the car got it from CARMAX.,
So, Honda Lied to me about the car., what else just to make the sales., I asked to return the call I want my money, Oh no, you signed the agreement as is., but wait isn't there a 15 day lemon policy in illionis or you mis repersented the sale? My question here, can I sue these people... MY god aren't we protected by them?
