I have had my Honda Odyssey for 5 years. I paid for an additional warranty that would cover the vehicle for 100,000 miles or 7 years.in that period of time I have had the transmission replaced 4 times. I was concerned that it would fail me as my one year anniversary is coming up. I called the Honda corporate office and I explained my concern. I was told that my transmission was not covered by an extended warranty if it failed again.
I paid off this vehicle with the intention of keeping it for 10 years. Everyone told me that I could expect it to last at least 250,000 miles. I am so disgusted that I will never recommend a Honda to anyone I know and can't believe that they're getting away with this.
