Basically, I purchased a coil spring compressor from Toolleader.com on June 2. My credit card was immediately charged! I have the receipts to prove it. Its now June 19 going on the 20th and I haven't heard from them!
No email replies - I've sent six so far: (
Their website doesn't have a contact phone number or fax. The only thing you can do is email or write. When you do that - no replies!
You can read a review of another disgruntled customer who had similar problems with his purchase!
