I contacted Dealer Warranty Services and spoke with Mr. Salazar twice. He offered the deal written on the post card I received by mail. They had all my vehicle infomation on a database. Since I have extended warranty on my other vehicle, all the information shared between us sounded OK. I proceeded giving him my VISA information and the charge was immediately posted to my account. I immediately contacted my auto dealer where I service my car, and they told me to hold back on any transaction because this was a fraudulent offer and this company is being investigated. I went back to Dealer Warranty Services and spoke with Mr. Salazar again, and I warned him of the information my car dealer gave me, and also warned him that I am innitiating an investigation with U.S. Attorney's Office.
He gave me of kinds of information I can provide if I am contacted, he involved a company called Marathon Administration Services and Pep-Boys, even gave me a corporate ID number, guess should be investigated also.
Bottom line, the charge they made against my VISA account cannot be cancelled now, but I will file a VISA fraudulent claim dispute. Since my claim follows under a federal government institution, and I kept so much information on this case, I am sure the law will be able to knock on someone's door very soon. Be in the watch Dealer Warranty Serives!
