We were not in our neighborhood when our vehicle broke down so we had it towed to Wayne's Service Station, the closest place to where the vehicle broke down. Wayne said that the car needed a fuel pump so we told him to go ahead and fix the it. When we picked up the vehicle Wayne said the car would run like new, for another 100,000 miles. We thought this was strange since the vechile was a 1993 Jeep. But we were so happy that the Jeep was running that we paid Wayne and left. We made it home but the next day it wouldn not start. Now that we were back in our neighborhood we took it to our local mechanic. They said the fuel pump was not working properly. The wiring underneath by the fuel pump was all messed up. I called Wayne and he said he was aware of this. Why did Wayne not tell us this when he first diagnosed the problem? If we knew the car was in that bad of shape we would not have had it repaired. Our local mechanic said that Wayne might have done this rewiring. But if he did not, a good mechanic would have told us about it. Wayne never did. I disputed this with Discover since I had it on my credit card. Wayne lied so many times to Discover I wonder how he sleeps at night. Wayne is a rip off! The vehicle was finally towed to a junk yard. Wayne charged us over $800 and will not compensate us at all. He has a bad rating with the BBB. He has ripped people off in the past, ripped us off and will continue doing so.
