Wayne vacated (walked off) the project and has failed to reimburse our money for the incomplete job he did. We contracted with Wayne to re-do our patio. After doing some of the work, he decided to stop, offered us $300 so we could complete. After getting a few bids, it turns out it will cost about $6300 to finish.in addition to leaving us hanging, his workmanship is lousy. Wayne talks a good game but cannot deliver.
