Takes advantage of its customers

I had brought in a Kia vehicle to Carriage Kia to be worked on a few months ago. The car I had purchased had no warranty on the vehicle so the company agreed to give me a good deal to fix the vehicle.

Well to start with they first charged me for a head job on the vehicle which cost about 2000.00, when I had received the car back the next morning the vehicle would not crank. So I took the car back to the dealership ship and after they looked it over again they decided it would need a new motor which cost me another 3000.00. Well they replaced the motor and again when I got the vehicle back it would not crank again.

To make a long story short, after 5000.00 and several trips to the Kia dealership the car still would not crank.instead of doing the right thing and finding out what was wrong with the vehicle they wanted to charge me more money. I ended up having to take it to another dealership and to come to find out the first time they worked on the vehicle they did not do the job right, which ended up costing me an extra 3000.00 of parts and labor that it did not need.

I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about buying or doing any business with these people, DONT, they are a bunch of dishonest crooks who will take advantage of anyone they can.
