This company repossed my car 5/3. I paid the full amount of my loan and was able to get my car back on 5/14/09. When I picked my car up from the location it was stored at everything had been taken out of it. I call a guy named Frankie who is the person that runs the company. He told me he would call me back later that day and let me know when and where I could pick my stuff up at. I never recived a call. The next day (Friday 5/15/09) I called him at 8:30 am and he said that he would have someone in the office shortly and he would call me back and let me know when I could come and get my things. Though out the day I called him several times and left a message for him to call me back, I never heard from him. Finally on Saturday 5/16/09 I got a hold of him and was able to go and get my things. When I got back home with my belongings everything was soaked, as if it had been out in the rain and there were several items missing out of the bag that I know for a fact where in my car when they took it. I called him and he said that they should have been in the bag and I tried to tell him that they weren't. He wasn't hearing it. I also told him about everything being soaked and he said that was no possible cause the bags are keep in a buliding. Well I have a moldy paperwork and a book, that were in my glove box, to prove that my things were soaked! Then he tells me that if I had paid my bill I wouldn't had to worry about it. He does not know the reason's behind why my car loan wasn't paid so he shouldn't being saying things like that to people. He also informed me that he has been in that business for a long time, well he needs to learn better customer service pratices if he plans on staying in that business.
